Shipping your machine
- Don't ship first. Start a repair request; you'll receive a Repair Authorization (RMA) with your shipping instructions.
- Include the RMA form in the box — shipping without it causes service delays.
- Use the original packaging where possible; improper-packaging damage in transit is the customer's responsibility.
- Back up your data before shipping.
Walk-ins: repairs are processed through the request-and-RMA workflow — please start a request or call before visiting.
