Have this ready

  • Your machine's exact model — the form asks you to choose the device (for example AutoProPAD G2 Turbo, Nitro XT, Triton Plus). Find your machine if unsure.
  • Serial number — required for service. Coverage can't apply to machines whose serial has been altered, defaced, or removed.
  • What's wrong — the problem, any error messages, and troubleshooting you've already tried.
  • Accessories — what you plan to send in with the machine.
  • Proof of purchase — needed for warranty coverage.
Back up your data. Some repair services (such as board replacements) remove all stored data from the device.
Don't ship yet. Wait for your Repair Authorization (RMA) — it includes the shipping instructions, and the RMA form must be included in the box. Shipping without it causes service delays.
