- Before shipping anything, call tech support — diagnostic issues are sometimes caused by the vehicle being diagnosed, and we may resolve the problem over the phone.
- Have your product serial number, installed software version, and any error messages ready when you contact us.
- Note: some board-level repairs require an active software subscription to reinstall device software.
Before you ship: submit a repair request first. You'll receive a Repair Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions — sending a machine without an RMA causes service delays.
