Care & pre-ship guidance
- Do not use compressed air to remove shavings — vacuum use is OK.
- Calibrate the machine after every software update, and ideally once a week.
- Use the official mounting kit, and never run longer screws through the rear foot mounts.
- Powering by inverter? Use a minimum 1000 W pure-sine-wave inverter with a 10 A fuse, and surge protection during storms.
Before you ship: submit a repair request first. You'll receive a Repair Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions — sending a machine without an RMA causes service delays.
